Battery Intercell Connectors
Custom Copper Intercell Battery Connectors and Terminal Plates. These battery connectors are used for linking stationary battery cells into a battery string of the appropriate voltage and ampacity.
Internal plating capabilities allow for quick delivery of tin electroplated battry connectors, tin-lead alloy electroplated battery connectors and pure lead electroplated battery connectors in small and large quantities.

Storm Copper Components Co. developed in-house plating capability so we could meet the battery connector delivery requirements of our key customers. Tin, Silver, Lead and Tin/Lead alloys are electroplated at our facility in Decatur Tennessee. Generally, Battery Connectors are plated in Tin for sealed battery applications and Lead or a Tin/Lead Alloy for Flooded Battery Connector applications.
