Storm's Marine Grade battery cables: feature quality that's designed to carry the load through years of heavy-duty service in harsh environments. These UL 1426 cables have a premium oil- and gas-resistant jacket and are crimped to battery terminal connectors or ring terminals. As an extra measure of protection, the connection is covered with a glue-lined shrink that creates a watertight seal to protect against saltwater, battery acid and petroleum products. All of Storm's Marine Grade battery cables are made of tinned copper stranding for maximum protection against corrosion and electrolysis, and the stranded wire is very flexible but resistant to fatigue caused by vibration and flexing.
