Returns - No questions asked! Simply return to us the merchadise in the original shipping carton and we will give you a full credit. No questions asked. Sales Tax All orders originating in the State of Tennessee will incur 9.00% sales tax (unless we receive a faxed copy of you state resale certificate at time of order placement). No Sales Tax will be collected on orders outside of Tennessee. Shipping (US) Shipping costs will be calculated using the current UPS Shipping Table providing the weight and size of your order fall within UPS limits. If an LTL delivery from a common carrier is needed, we will notify you directly and make appropriate arrangements. If your order is shipping to a construction site, make sure to include the necessary information in the shipping address fields to insure receipt at the proper location. Most shipments are sent within 1 business days if the item is in stock. LTL Common Carrier Deliveries To Private Residences LTL common carrier deliveries to private residences will require an additional $72.00 charge per shipment.
